GET /api/v1/workspaces/{workspace}/assets/{asset}/content

Member Read permission required. Authenticates encrypted identity binding and checks byte length and SHA-256 before returning the original bytes. Safe fixed attachment filename, exact supported Content-Type, Cache-Control:no-store and X-Content-Type-Options:nosniff. Unknown/deleted/foreign asset is 404; decryption/integrity failure is a safe unavailable response. Does not make content approved for Provider processing. The server resolves the organization from the authorized workspace. Foreign or missing workspaces return 404. The compatibility route remains supported with identical payload, owner, revision and replay semantics.
