GET /api/v1/organizations/{organization}/projects/{project}/chats/draft

The draft is isolated by authenticated personal owner and workspace. Operators have distinct drafts; installation credentials share the installation owner. Read authorization and workspace scope are required. An absent draft returns null payload and revision zero.
